Franklin E. Castillo Toro is the co-founder of Florida Notary Permit Services and brings a wealth of creativity and strategic insight to the company. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) and an Associate of Science (A.S.), Franklin has a strong foundation in design, advertising, and visual communication. His creative background allows him to approach the permit and notary process with innovative solutions and a unique perspective on client engagement.
Before co-founding Florida Notary Permit Services, Franklin gained valuable experience in the advertising industry, where he honed his skills in brand development, marketing strategy, and client relations.
